PAY WITH PAYPAL

We accept eligible major credit and debit cards displayed at checkout, which may include:

When you pay by credit or debit card, your payment information may be securely processed by our third-party payment service providers.
Where payment information is processed directly by a third-party payment provider, Fallforsnow generally does not store your complete credit or debit card number.
Please carefully review your billing and payment information before completing your purchase.
Your order is not considered successfully submitted until you receive an order confirmation email or reach the order confirmation page.
If you have questions regarding a charge, authorisation, or declined transaction, you may also need to contact your card issuer or financial institution.
PROMO CODES
If you have a valid promotional or discount code, you may enter it in the designated field at checkout.
After entering your code, click “Apply” to apply the discount to your order.
Please make sure the discount has been correctly applied and reflected in your order total before completing payment.
Promotional codes may be subject to specific terms and conditions, including expiration dates, eligible products, minimum purchase requirements, or other restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers.
PAYMENT SECURITY

PAYMENT TROUBLESHOOTING
Fallforsnow currently supports PayPal and eligible credit or debit card payments, subject to availability at checkout.
If your credit or debit card payment is declined, this does not necessarily mean there is an issue with your card. A transaction may be declined by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, security system, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your payment is unsuccessful, you may try the following:
1. Check your payment information
Make sure your card number, expiration date, billing address, and other required payment information have been entered correctly.
2. Contact your bank or card issuer
Your bank or card issuer may have declined or blocked the transaction. Contact them for further information.
3. Try PayPal
If PayPal is available at checkout, you may select PayPal and complete your payment using your PayPal account.
4. Use PayPal Guest Checkout, if available
If PayPal displays a “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” option, you may be able to complete your payment without signing in to a PayPal account.
This option is controlled by PayPal and may not be available for every customer or transaction.
5. Try another eligible credit or debit card
If one payment method is declined, you may try another available payment method.
Paying by Card Through PayPal, When Available
If PayPal Guest Checkout is available for your transaction:
Step 1: Select PayPal at checkout.
Step 2: On the PayPal payment page, select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” or another equivalent option displayed.
Step 3: Enter the requested payment and billing information and follow PayPal's instructions to complete your purchase.
PayPal supports debit and credit card payments through eligible checkout configurations. However, the payment options displayed may vary depending on your location, account status, transaction details, and PayPal's requirements.

- Available payment methods are those displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase.
- Payment authorisation or processing delays may occasionally occur due to your bank, card issuer, PayPal, payment processor, fraud-prevention checks, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
- If a payment fails, please avoid repeatedly submitting the same payment within a short period, as multiple authorisation attempts may temporarily appear on your account.
- Nothing in this payment policy excludes or limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
